SSP was engaged by the Brownsville Beautification Committee to design a welcome sign to compliment a bougainvillea display garden located on US 77/83 and Woodruff Street.

SSP prepared conceptual plans, sketches, simulations, detail plans, bid specifications and administered the construction of the monument and landscape improvements within the park.

This project was complete in January 2003.
