SSP was engaged by Ralph Ruby to prepare plans for this new bank facility located at the intersection of Nolana and McColl Streets in McAllen, Texas.

The proposed building offered opportunities to use large scale palms to accent and highlight the architectural details and style.

SSP prepared an overall master plan including the bank facility and the proposed corporate office building adjacent to the bank. The landscape plan included a variety of native and subtropical trees and palms.

This project was complete in 2008.
