SSP worked with WKMC Architects from Corpus Christi and bank president Mr. Fred Rusteberg on this new main bank facility in Brownsville, Texas.

This project features a variety of South Texas native and naturalized palms to accent building lines and allows visibility from adjacent roads. Large specimen live oak trees were used throughout the parking lots to maximize shade and minimize solar radiation from concrete pavement.

Emphasis was placed on use of low maintenance/drought tolerant shrubs and groundcovers.
