SSP is working with Broaddus & Associates of Austin, Texas and Fedeterra to design the roof deck and landscape of this new condominium project on South Padre Island.

The project includes a luxurious roof deck with lagoon style pools, sun decks, recreational areas and a conference room/club room with 360 degree views of the bay and gulf.
