SSP was engaged by Broaddus & Associates of Austin, Texas to design the landscape of this condominium project on South Padre Island.

SSP provided complete landscape design services including master planning, detail landscape design and construction administration services.

The project includes the use of both native and sub-tropical plantings hardy to the wind and salt conditions present on South Padre Island.

Phase 1 was completed in May 2006.
