SSP worked with Roberto Ruiz and Padre Central, LLP to design the landscape and irrigation at this new condominiums project on South Padre Island.

SSP provided complete landscape design services including water feature schematics, landscape design and construction administration services. Ralph Ruby Landscaping provided complete landscape and irrigation construction.

The project included the use of both native and sub-tropical plantings hardy to the wind and salt conditions present on South Padre Island.

The project was completed in March 2004.
