The existing site had several large live oaks within the parking lot that had to be incorporated into the new plans. Several of these oaks were retained and the others were carefully transplanted by Environmental Designs of Houston, Texas using a large tree spade and crane.

SSP designed new paving, an entrance sculpture, courtyard and landscaping for the entire site which included a variety of native and subtropical trees and palms.
